People-i: Real-time Communication Platform for HR Processes
People-i is a mobile app developed by People, the largest provider of HR Management & Outsourcing services in the Middle East and South Central Asia. The app enables employees in an organization to execute their HR processes using real-time communication. This app creates a customizable web of approvals and notifications between a series of tailored roles in the organization. It is a platform for real-time communication between employees and HR departments and enables a paperless HR work stream and analytics.
The mobile app has four portals: Employee, Line Manager, HR, and Admin. The Employee Portal allows users to create applications for Leaves, Expense Reimbursement, or Travel, as well as mark their attendance using geo-location. Users can also view their detailed attendance record and leave history for previous months. The Line Manager Portal enables managers to approve any applications created by their team, view the time and locations that their team has marked their attendance, and view detailed reports and statistics. The HR Portal allows HR personnel to view and approve applications for all employees in the organization and view consolidated reports and statistics. Finally, the Admin Portal enables the admin team to execute administrative processes arising from any of the aforementioned applications.
